A former director at a Preston-based firm has denied defrauding his employees’ pensions.
Nicholas Marks, 56, went before Southwark Crown Court yesterday (8 May) and pleaded not guilty to the allegation. He will stand trial at the same court in 2026.
The charge relates to Marks’ time as director of Preston-based Lunar Automotive Ltd, which is described in Companies House as a caravan maker.

He denied both charges, which have been brought by The Pensions Regulator. A trial was fixed for 18 May 2026 at Southwark Crown Court.
