Two men remain in custody as an attempted murder investigation continues after a man was stabbed in Ashton-on-Ribble.
Preston Police were called to reports of men fighting in the Ashford Road area close to Lea and Savick.
A 37-year-old man, from Preston, was taken to hospital with stab wounds after the incident around 6am on Wednesday 1 May.

He is being treated for his injuries which police say are not life-threatening.
Police arrested two men, aged 28 and 31, and both from Preston, during Wednesday on suspicion of attempted murder.
Detective Inspector George Binns of Preston CID said: “This was an extremely serious incident which has left a man with some significant injuries. While we have made two arrests, I am still keen for anyone who either saw what happened or who has any information to come forward and speak to us. If you haven’t yet come forward then please do contact us.”
