A man has been charged with robbery and three offences of attempted robbery in Preston.
Four convenience stores in Miller Road, Isherwood Street, St George’s Road and Plungington Road, were targeted in the space of half an hour last Thursday evening (18 April).
A 23-year-old man was arrested yesterday (21 April) in Preston.

Following consultation with the Crown Prosecution Service, Joshua Tattersall, 23, of Cemetery Road, Preston, was charged with robbery relating to the Plungington Road shop and three offences of attempted robbery relating to the other stores.
He is further charged with possession of an offensive weapon in a public place.
Tattersall has been remanded to appear before Preston Magistrates Court today (23 April).
