The vibrant sights and sounds of Bollywood will come to Preston when international DJ Anavi takes centre stage at The Continental.
Renowned for her infectious energy, eclectic beats, and irresistible charisma, DJ Anavi is set to transform The Conti’s Boatyard gig venue in Broadgate into a celebration of music, culture and dance.
DJ Anavi’s dynamic sets blend the latest Bollywood hits with chart-topping Western tracks, creating a fusion of sound that keeps the dance floor packed with seasoned Bollywood aficionado and newcomers to the genre alike.
Anavi is originally from South Africa, and now lives in Lancashire.
After completing her degree in music performance and production Anavi took to DJing. She also curates music and presents a radio show once a month, so she’s used to MCing and presenting for all kinds of events.
As a self-taught musician Anavi sings, plays acoustic guitar, and alto saxophone. She has performed across the UK and Europe for audiences of 2,000.
In addition to Anavi’s electrifying sets, guests can look forward to a visual feast of coluorful decorations, dazzling lights, and Bollywood-inspired entertainment that will transport them straight to the heart of Mumbai.
