Garstang Road closed due to crash with emergency services on the scene

A key road to the north of Preston is currently closed due to a reported crash.

Garstang Road is closed this evening (21 April) at Catterall between Catterall Gates Lane and Bowgreaves Drive after the incident.

Lancashire Constabulary, Lancashire Fire & Rescue Service and North West Ambulance Service are in attendance.

Witness reports indicate the incident has seen a car collide with a bus stop and a telegraph pole. Blog Preston has approached emergency services teams for information relating the incident.

Traffic is building in the area as a result of the reported crash.
