Police warn public not to approach man wanted for threats to kill and criminal damage

Police are hunting a man in connection with threats to kill and criminal damage.

Anthony Higgins is from Chorley and is also wanted for section-18 wounding.

Update: Police say Higgins was found and arrested on Sunday (24 March)

Preston Police say the 35-year-old has short brown hair with scars on his forehead and chin.

Higgins is from Chorley but also has links to Weymouth and Dorset.

Police say the public should not approach Higgins if seen and any sightings reported to police.
