Land on the west side of 22 Brownedge Road, Lostock Hall, is among 147 lots in the latest auction being held by Clive Emson Land and Property Auctioneers.

It is listed with a freehold guide price of £20,000 to £25,000 at the firm’s auction which ends on Wednesday 20 March.

Clive Emson Regional Director & Auctioneer Paul Bridgeman said: “This rectangular parcel of land sits adjacent to 22 Brownedge Road (B5257) and has a footpath running along its western boundary.

“The land may offer potential for alternative uses subject to all necessary consents and access being obtainable.”

The site extends to 0.03 hectares (0.09 acres) and applicants may view directly on site during daylight hours

Bidding for the current auction goes live on Monday 18 March and ends on Wednesday 20 March.
