A three-day festival looks set to take place on Moor Park in September.
Signs have gone up for an application of a premises licence running from 9am to 11pm over Friday 6 September to Sunday 9 September.
It covers the sale of alcohol, live music, recorded music and the performance of dance.

Any representations about the premises licence can be made to Preston City Council by 21 March.
Town Hall bosses are staying tight-lipped over the details but Blog Preston understands it is a ‘major music festival’ due to take place on the park.
Moor Park has previously hosted the likes of Radio 1’s Big Weekend in 2007 and also plays host to Rockprest each year.
September also sees the annual Encounter festival take place across multiple venues in Preston city centre.
