A man who went on a spree of burglaries over the course of three days has been jailed.
Dale Thomason was sentenced at Preston Crown Court to eight years and four months.
The 29-year-old committed the three burglaries in August last year and also forced his way into a fourth house and pulled a knife out.

Burglary one: On Saturday 19 August he broke into a house in Brixton Road, Frenchwood, taking an iPhone, a watch, pair of Louis Vuitton trainers and a safe containing jewellery.
Burglary two: On Monday 21 August a house in Isherwood Street, Deepdale, was targeted while the householder was in. Thomason tried to remove a television off the wall and stole a purse.
Making threats: Later the same day he knocked on the door of a house in West Cliff Terrace and barged his way in, sat on the sofa and produced a knife. He was told to leave and made threats against the occupant.
Burglary three. A house on Riverside, Broadgate, was targeted with two laptops taken, a bike and Euros currency.
Police arrested Thomason, of no fixed address, later that day after identifying him from CCTV footage.
He plead guilty to threatening a person with an offensive weapon in a private place, three charges of burglary of a dwelling house and common assault.

Detective Constable Dave Hann of the South Burglary team said: “Thomason targeted homes to burgle for his own gain and gave no thought to the people who lived there.
“People are entitled to view their home as a safe place. We aim to bring to justice those who burgle houses and inflict misery on those who they steal from.
“We are pleased that Thomason has received a lengthy prison sentence from the court, and it should act as a deterrent to others.”
