A popular village store has opened after an extensive refurbishment.
Grimsargh Village Store in Preston Road between Preston and Longridge has been closed for more than two weeks while work took place.
Part of the Premier franchise the store is owned and operated by Jaz Kular who has been running it since 2017.

Jaz told Blog Preston: “There’s been so many people who have pulled through for me to help make this refit happen.
“With a growing village we felt it was the right time to really expand our range and what we offer.
“It’s been great seeing people coming back in and we’ll be building our range and choices back up again as we get up to speed.
“Thanks to everyone in the village and community for their support and to everyone who has worked on the store.”
New features include a walk-in beer cave and a walk-in soft drinks cave, an expanded frozen section along with more fruit and vegetables and ready meals.
The store will also stock the increasingly popular Pattie Shack brand of ready meals which are Preston-made and are gaining a cult following.
Run by Lisa Browett the Caribbean-themed ready meals often sell out within minutes once arriving at convenience stores in the city.
