A brand new Indian restaurant in Broughton has been earning strong reviews from the first customers through the door.

The Pepper Bistro, which is the sister restaurant of The Ginger Bistro has now opened its doors and already received positive reviews.

The new restaurant is said to be a “fusion of North and South Indian fine dining” in Broughton which opened on Saturday 6 January, 2024.

A description on The Pepper Bistro’s website says: “The Pepper Bistro offers authentic Indian flavours made with modern European cooking methods. Innovating popular dishes from across India with local and seasonal ingredients.

“Our focus is careful cooking and fabulous flavours. Not too hot, but just enough to tickle your tastebuds. Carefully chosen spices to add just the right zing to classic favourites.”

The restaurant has received multiple positive reviews since opening.

One Facebook review said: “The food was amazing and the staff very attentive! Will certainly be going back.”

As another person commented: “We went last Wednesday absolutely beautiful food well presented, the staff so helpful and welcoming. Certainly will return.”

“We tried the new Pepper Bistro this week in Broughton and it was fabulous. Defo a great addition to the local restaurant scene,” a third added.
