A search is underway for a man last seen near Royal Preston Hospital, police have said.
Victor Seed-Munnich was last seen this morning (February 12) at around 8.46am on Sharoe Green Lane, close to the hospital.
Victor, 32, also has links to Lancaster. Police are concerned for the man’s welfare and are asking anyone who sees him to call 999 and let them know. You can see the image police have released below.

A spokesperson for police said: “Victor, 32, is missing and we are concerned about him.
“He was last seen at 8:46am this morning (Monday, February 12) on Sharoe Green Lane, near to Royal Preston Hospital. When he was last seen, he was wearing a three-tone dark jacket, with a grey t-shirt and dark tracksuit bottoms. He had on a pair of black trainers.”
“Victor is 5ft 9in tall and has a ginger beard. He has a bandage on his right arm. We know that this image isn’t of the highest quality, however Victor is wearing the clothes he was last seen in, in it.”
