A new Indian restaurant called The Biryani Box is opening in New Hall Lane.

The new establishment opened on Tuesday 20 February at 448 New Hall Lane close to the mini roundabout with Blackpool Road.

Rojmina Patel, from Biryani Box, told Blog Preston: “We are small family owned business aiming to provide Indian and Pakistani freshly cooked food.

“Biryani is something we are known for hence the name Biryani box and we were sold out of our chicken biryani yesterday.

“I aim to bring something new to everyone in the are and would appreciate the support and love from everyone.”

The takeaway option is listed on Just Eat and Deliveroo.

The restaurant will be closed on Mondays but open the rest of the week 5pm-11pm.
