Fire crews attended Preston Railway Station at the weekend to rescue a person from a lift.
Lancashire Fire & Rescue Service were called to Preston Railway Station at around 4pm on Saturday (February 10) because the individual was stuck in a lift. Two fire engines, from Preston and Penwortham, attended the incident.
Crews were able to use a lift key to release the person quickly. They were in attendance for five minutes.

A spokesperson for Lancashire Fire & Rescue Service said: “Two fire engines from Preston and Penwortham attended an incident at Preston Railway Station, where an individual was stuck in a lift.
“Firefighters used a lift key to release the person. They were in attendance for five minutes.”
