Sales of Christmas cards last year raised £11,000 for Rosemere Cancer Foundation.

The cards were sold in Rosemere’s coffee shop in Royal Preston Hospital, at Christmas fairs, and via their website, with the donations making an important difference in the work the charity does.

Supporters of the charity also took the cards into their workplace to sell.

New designs are available every year with a mix of contemporary and traditional art styles.

Sue Swire, fundraising manager said: “Thank you to everyone who bought our 2023 Christmas cards.”

Selling packs of Rosemere branded Christmas cards is a vital means of generating income for our projects.”

Rosemere provides services to cancer patients throughout Lancashire and South Cumbria, with the region’s specialist centre being at Royal Preston Hospital.

Donations and funding go towards equipment, clinical research and staff training with the aim to make a patient’s cancer journey comfortable and stress-free.
