The Tippings Christmas Lights in Cottam were switched off for the final time after 12 years.
On 4 January, the Tipping family pulled the plug on their annual tradition due to personal circumstances.
The lights have attracted tens of thousands of visitors each Christmas, raising money for charities including the Rosemere Cancer Foundation, Derian House, Headway Central Lancashire and the Jordan Grant 18 Memorial Fund (CRY – Cardiac Risk in the Young).

The house, in Valentine’s Meadow, became a must-see attraction for families over the festive period.
People arrived at the Tippings family house one last time on Thursday night to see the lights and raise money for the local charities that they have supported over the years.
Mark Tipping said: “We had an amazing amount of people that turned out to see our lights be turned off.
“We were overwhelmed by how many people came. It ended up being quite an emotional evening.
“Now is the time to do the final count up and get all the money to the bank. We will hopefully have our final amount by the end of next week.”

The funds raised from donations are split four ways between each of the charities. Over the past 12 years, the Tippings have raised £33,159.26 for Rosemere Cancer Foundation.
Fundraising manager at the Rosemere Cancer Foundation, Sue Swire said: “We would just like to thank the Tippings for all their wonderful support over the years.
“We are incredibly grateful for the difference their lights display has made to the treatment of so many local cancer patients through the projects we have been able to fund through their donations.”
