A style transformation coach is hosting a workshop in Preston City Centre this weekend.

Paulina Johnrose – mum of two and self-proclaimed ‘non-negotiable coffee lover’ – is running the event at Brew + Bake.

Paulina recently left her full-time job in finance to complete a Masters in Psychology and begin her entrepreneurial journey. Now she is on a mission help women find their own style and boost their confidence.

Paulina said: “I have spent over 12 years working in finance alongside a great variety of women, who were holding different roles and dealing with many circumstances, yet were having the same issues with body confidence and confusion around their personal style.

“As someone with a huge level of empathy and a sensitive personality, I knew I was here to make an impact on other women’s lives. Working on my own values made it more and more obvious that my professional path would change gradually.”

Since making the decision to work as a stylist, Paulina has helped various clients online.

“I’ve had the privilege to help many women – and a few men – from all walks of life to get super clear and to welcome in a divine and stylish new version of themselves so they can shine like never before.

I’m totally obsessed about seeing women showing up authentically, rocking their style as who they really are.”

Paulina is now looking to work with more clients in person, and her first workshop at Brew + Bake this weekend will focus on empowering women with their body image post-Covid.

“I want to be able to support more women in our region as I know how much impact we can have whilst working face-to-face – the energy is on another level,” she said.

“We are starting with this specially selected venue that will hold a small group of women to provide a more intimate and impactful experience.”
