The proposed plans are set to include a McDonald’s drive-thru, Starbucks and a Screwfix store.
The employment park, which is next to the A6, has had planning permission granted for mixed use development which will comprise of a café/restaurant, storage and distribution and light industry, along with dedicated access of the A6 Preston/Lancaster New Road.

The McDonald’s would provide a new restaurant for the residents of Garstang as well as providing more than 120 jobs.
Proposals for a new Screwfix-type Trade Counter would provide trade counter sales to local businesses as well as also creating new jobs.
The Starbucks drive-thru will create more than 20 jobs for local people and a stop off point for passing trade.

Plans include 120 car park spaces as well as four motorcycle spaces and 26 cycling spaces.
The development is being run by J. Robinson Building Contractors.
It’s not known when the plans are going to be discussed.
