A man in a wheelchair was forced into a Royal Preston Hospital and robbed, police have said.
Update: Police say they have identified three people who are being spoken to and the public are thanked for their support
The victim, a man in his 40s, was approached by three people on Friday, November 17, 2023 near the main entrance to the hospital. He was threatened and reportedly had cash stolen from his pockets.
Investigations have been underway since the incident occurred, police say.

Lancashire Constabulary are now appealing for witnesses and asking if anyone can identify the people pictured below, who they believe may be able to help with the investigation.
A spokesperson for police said: “The victim, a man in his 40s, who was in a wheelchair at the time, was approached by three people who forced him into a toilet near to the main entrance before threatening him and stealing cash from his pockets.
“We know that some time has passed, and investigations have been ongoing since the incident, but we are now asking for your help as we believe the people in these images may be able to help with our investigation.”
