A tree is blocking a key road in both directions having been brought down in high winds due to Storm Jocelyn overnight.
Garstang Road has been closed from outside the Marriott Hotel to James Tower Way since just after midnight this morning (January 24).
Police said at the time that high winds meant they were unable to clear the tree. As of 7am this morning, the tree is still blocking the way and likely to cause issues on the road network this morning.
