Fulwood library is to play host to an information evening about devolution for Lancashire.
The county is in line to receive a funding deal from Westminster as Lancashire County Council continues to consult on the details.
The library is the venue for the public drop-in event to discover more about the devolution deal for Lancashire.

Running from 6pm to 7pm on Wednesday (24 January) it’s free to attend.
The devolution deal – as it stands – would create a Combined County Authority which would deliver Lancashire-wide initiatives on-top of the current county council, district councils like Preston, South Ribble and unitary authorities in Blackpool and Blackburn.
Leader of the county council, councillor Phillippa Williamson, said: “This is a really important step for the county and we really want to hear what people think of the devolution proposal.
“I’d like to thank everyone who has already taken the time to fill in the consultation questionnaire, as well as those who have attended our engagement events across the county.
“With one week to go, there is still an opportunity to take part in the consultation and help shape the future of Lancashire. There are also still a number of engagement events at local libraries where people can drop by and ask any questions they may have.”

Last week the leaders of South Ribble Borough Council and Chorley Council each released statements criticising the devolution deal in its current format after their councils voted not to support it.
A consultation on the Lancashire Devolution deal runs until 11.59pm on Friday (26 January) and responses can be made online.
