The former NatWest building in Preston is up for sale.

The property is being advertised at £1,45m after the business moved last September.

According to the description of the sale, the building is in a “very prominent” location on Fishergate and is opposite the entrance to the St Georges Shopping Centre.

It says it is “in the middle of the prime retail pitch” and is directly adjacent to Whittles and is close to Next, Santander, River Island, EE, Skipton Building Society and Barclays.

The sale comes after NatWest moved just a few doors down the street from where it used to be in September 2023.

NatWest moved into the new premises and it includes a community space for use by local businesses and community groups.
