Corporation Street temporary traffic lights not working causing delays

Temporary traffic lights are not working at a busy junction near Preston’s university campus.
Three sets of traffic lights are out at the moment on Marsh Lane and Corporation Street, in both directions, causing disruption and confusion for motorists.
Blog Preston has contacted Lancashire County Council to find out more information, but it is unclear when the issue will be resolved.
