Preston Police have discovered a cannabis farm at an address in Clara Street, just off London Road in Fishwick.
Officers from the neighbourhood policing team located the farm, which had around 60 plants, on Monday 22 January after concerns were raised by the local community.
Evidence was also found that the electricity had been bypassed, meaning the home had an alternate power supply for growing the cannabis.
