The White Bull pub in Alston is currently closed due to the tenants being “unable to continue trading”.
It has been reported that the pub is now looking for new tenants so it can reopen.
No reopening date has been provided but, Daniel Thwaites which is the company that runs the pub, is “reviewing” the next steps.

The White Bull – between Grimsargh and Longridge – has been closed since early November.
A spokesperson from Daniel Thwaites said: “We can confirm that The White Bull in Alston is currently closed due to the tenants being unable to continue trading.
“Currently, we are reviewing our next steps in order to re-open the pub and are actively seeking new tenants.”
