The Stanley Arms has reopened with new stricter licensing conditions.
The pub, which previously closed due to licensing conditions being broken including lack of security and fights breaking out, is now back up and running since the end of November.
It has been revealed that the Stanley is open with a “new operator for the busy Christmas period” so it is not known if it will remain after or not.
A spokesperson for Star Pubs & Bars told Blog Preston: “The Stanley Arms in Preston reopened at the end of November with a new operator for the busy Christmas period.”
Signs on the doors of the pub say that there are new licensing conditions in place such as plastic glasses to be used after 10pm.
This comes after it was reported that fights broke out and customers were injured under former management.
