Brownedge St Mary’s Catholic High School in Bamber Bridge is inviting locals to attend their
Christmas Market.
The market will take place on Friday (8 December) from 4-8pm at the high school on Station Road in Bamber Bridge, with proceeds from the event benefitting St Catherine’s Hospice.
An array of stalls from local businesses will be on offer, including handmade gifts, sweets and treats, Christmas decorations, flowers, jewellery, toys and many more besides.
The Brownedge Band will be playing live music, whilst children can also meet Santa!
Michael Crusham, Assistant Headteacher at Brownedge and organiser of the event said: “We would like to invite members of the local community to attend this year’s Christmas Market, which will be a fun-filled evening in aid of a great cause. Last year, we raised over £1,700 for charity, which was testament to the generosity of our pupils and all who attended.
“This year’s market promises to be even better, with over 35 local businesses holding stalls, in addition to those prepared by pupils, staff and our charity and community partners.”
Admission is free of charge, with the doors opening at 4pm.
