Police are appealing for help to find a woman who is missing from Leyland.

Jessica Kemp was last seen in Springfield Road at 1.30pm yesterday (Thursday 7 December).

Officers say they are ‘really concerned for her welfare’.

When she was last seen, Jessica was wearing a black hoodie, grey tracksuit pants with black trainers and a multicoloured backpack with string pulls at the top.

She is described as 5″4′, of medium build, with short multicoloured yellow and blue hair. She has both eyebrows pierced, both sides of nose pierced, septum and lip piercings and both ears have several piercings. She also has multiple tattoos on arms, legs and back.

Jessica has links to Leyland, Preston and Bamber Bridge.
