Flames leap from window in Ashton-on-Ribble fire footage

Footage has emerged showing flames leaping from the first-floor window of a house in Ashton-on-Ribble.
Three people were treated at the scene after the the fire at Ecroyd Road during Wednesday (20 December) morning.
Video and photos shared with Blog Preston give a glimpse of the ferocity of the fire that firefighters faced as they arrived around 6.30am.
Significant damage has been caused to the fire which was contained by four crews and an aerial ladder from Preston.
Firefighters remained on the scene throughout Wednesday assessing the damage to the property.
