There is a shared lounge for those who live there to enjoy time with friends as well as landscaped outdoor spaces. Transport links are available from the accommodation.

Chief Executive, Rob Wakefield said: “The Watermills is an exciting addition to the local area, offering
hi-spec accommodation in a very desirable area. The quality in terms of the build and finish really will provide a great environment for people over 60 to have a wonderful home.”

Mrs Williams, who is a new tenant, added: “It’s marvelous. The walk-in shower and wet-room mean I can have the bathroom to myself for the first time in a long time. We’ll be all settled in time for Christmas, and will enjoy living close to my son.”
