Preston and Lancashire are bracing for the arrival of Storm Debi.
The Met Office has declared a yellow weather warning – their lowest warning level – for strong winds during Monday.
Update: Storm Debi warning upgraded to amber level
The warning is in force from 4am on Monday (13 November) to 6pm on Monday.

A statement from the Met Office warns of ‘injuries and danger to life from flying debris’ and travel disruption is likely.
The warning covers Preston and all of Lancashire and has now triggered an alert from National Highways North West which asks larger vehicles to consider when they travel during Monday.
