Coaches at May Wellbeing in Clayton-le-Woods joined up with representatives from The Foxton Centre this week to promote their participation in the Big PNE Sleep Out 2023.
The Foxton Centre works with Preston’s most vulnerable residents to provide a wide range of services.

Taking place overnight on Friday, November 17 2023, participants will spend the night on the pitch of Deepdale Stadium.
May Wellbeing, a small-group personal training gym, wanted to expand the different ways they can have a positive influence on the local area – having already helped improve the lives of their members and undertaken activities such as litter picking in the town around the gym.
Louis Mayers, co-owner of May Wellbeing, said: “We want to join to raise both awareness and funds for all the wonderful and important work that The Foxton Centre does for the community around Preston.
“Around a dozen members will be sleeping out at Deepdale and the whole gym community is helping us raise towards a very worthy cause.”
Jeff Marsh, CEO of The Foxton Centre, said: “We are really pleased to have the May Wellbeing coaches and members join us for the Big PNE Sleep Out.
“Every pound raised will help us better support some of Preston’s most vulnerable residents, providing them with warmth, food and activities from the Foxton Day Centre.”
May Wellbeing is a small-group personal training gym in Gough Lane in Clayton-le-Woods. The coaches focus on transforming lives by nurturing fitness, lifestyle and mental well-being in an inclusive environment. May Wellbeing was founded by personal trainers Louis Mayers and Sarah Webster in 2019.
