Former Fino Tapas and Tiggis building up for sale

The former Fino Tapas building on Guildhall street is up for sale after moving.
The restaurant, which also used to be Tiggis, recently came onto the market but no price has yet been set.
This comes after Fino Tapas relocated to the upstairs dining room at Plau in Friargate in June of this year.

The advertisement states that the building is ‘walk in’ ready as well as being full furnished throughout.
Fino Tapas moving was the long-term plan for the restaurant, but happened earlier due to unforeseen issues with the building at Guildhall Street.
