On alternative-rock band made up of four Preston students is making waves on the North West music scene.
Freyja, Kian, Taylor and Becca, who all attend Cardinal Newman College, make up Cadaver Beach.
Having already headlined The Ferret earlier this month – a day before releasing debut single Risks – the band is looking forward to gigs out of town including at Sunbird Records in Darwen and Night and Day Cafe in Manchester.
The four-piece will return to Preston on Friday 19 January with a night at the Conti.
Manager Dave Lowe said of Cadaver Beach: “Formed in 2022 the band are quickly gaining a reputation for their energetic live performances.
“The band’s line-up features four talented musicians who share a deep passion for creating music that resonates with their audience.
“The incredible soaring vocals and machine gun rhythm guitar playing from lead singer Freyja is complemented by the sonic mastery of lead guitarist Kian whose intricate guitar riffs and soulful solos add depth and intensity to the band’s sound.
“Driving the rhythm section are the dynamic duo of bassist Taylor and drummer Becca. Taylor’s melodic basslines provide a solid foundation for the band’s music, while Becca’s powerful and precise drumming sets the heartbeat of every song, infusing it with energy and momentum.”
