Homebuyers looking for a new property ahead of Christmas are invited to a series of new-build developments this Saturday.
Anwyl Homes could unlock the door to a new home in Lancashire before the final advent calendar window is opened.
With a selection of three and four-bedroom homes in Lancashire almost ready to move into, Anwyl Homes is entering into the festive spirit early. It’s hosting a series of special events across the county this Saturday (October 28) where it will help buyers wrap up a move in time for Christmas.
Alongside some festive treats, there’s the chance to win a £500 John Lewis voucher to help ensure your Christmas is a cracker.
Sales director Matthew Gould said: “Boxing Day is perhaps the busiest day of the year for people searching for homes, but we’re inviting buyers to beat the post-Christmas rush.
“Buy now and you’ll have the pick of the properties and could even move in time to put your Christmas tree up. The stress-free, easy to manage and maintain lifestyle a new home offers means you’ll be happy to invite the extended family over for a festive family feast.
“During the event we’ll have independent financial advisors, with access to the entire mortgage market, on hand to offer free advice and help guide potential purchasers through their options. Plus, even if you have an existing property to sell, you could move before the year is out with the aid of Move Simple or Part Exchange. Part exchange is the perfect solution to a quick move as we effectively act as a guaranteed cash buyer for your current property.”
The homes ready pre-Christmas vary between developments and are dependent on build stage.
“Our homes feature open plan layouts which lend themselves well to entertaining. In some styles, such as the Hartford, a breakfast bar separates the cooking space from the dining and family area and could be used to serve drinks from or to dish up a traditional turkey dinner with all the trimmings. The utility offers an added practicality that makes hosting friends and family even easier,” Matthew added.
“As well as featuring a high specification, our homes offer the chance to considerably lower homeowners’ energy bills and consumption – a priority for many people this winter. Our new homes achieve a minimum Energy Performance Certificate rating of B and are among the most efficient available, helping reduce household bills.
“Competition between lenders has caused a recent drop in mortgage rates and because of the efficiency of our homes, our customers could find they’re eligible for green mortgages, with potentially better interest rates than standard products.”
The move in for Christmas event is taking place across Anwyl’s developments in Barton, Burscough, Catterall, Longridge and Warton.
The sales centres at Priory Gardens will be given a seasonal makeover and decked out with Christmas decorations. Anwyl will also spread some seasonal joy, with festive music being played and the offer of hot chocolate and platters of fruit and chocolate for guests.
To find out more about moving to a new home in time for Christmas, including free independent financial advice and the offer of part exchange, join Anwyl from 10am to 4pm this Saturday (October 28) at Cross Fields; Lawrence Gardens, Mill Green, Priory Gardens or Stonebridge Fold.
