Police have issued a missing persons appeal after a woman was reported missing.

Jessica Kemp, 31, was last seen around Walton Summit at around 8.30pm on Thursday (October 12). She was wearing a black hoodie with grey pants, is 5ft 3 and has short green and pink hair.

Police say that she has links to Leyland, Bamber Bridge and Preston.

A spokesperson for Lancashire Police said: “This is Jessica Kemp. She is missing from home, and we are concerned about her.

Jessica, 31, was last seen in the Walton Summit area of Bamber Bridge at around 8.30pm yesterday. She was last seen wearing a black hoodie with grey pants. Jessica is described as 5ft 3in and has short green and pink hair.

“Jessica has links to Leyland, Bamber Bridge and Preston. If you see Jessica, phone 999.”
