A live action horror experience has launched in Preston City Centre.
Fear Factory Live, which is based in Gateway Bar in Friargate, is described as “scare maze meets immersive theatre”.
Fear Factory Live, which runs until Halloween on Tuesday 31 October, is owned by Becca and Dan, who started the business three years ago.
Prior to this, Dan worked in the entertainment industry for over 10 years, most recently as a cruise director, while Becca was a teacher.
Becca said: “Having been in charge of five star entertainment across a range of continents, Dan really does know the hospitality sector. It’s a big change for me, but there are lots of transferable skills and I love what I do now.
“Our aim is to create something that is like walking through a horror film. People will be held up by scenes and expected to join in; there’s no running through our scares!
“We are entering our third year this season and have been nominated for multiple awards in previous seasons, plus been a highlight of various theme park bloggers. So we’re not new to the game, just new to the city.”
