A convicted child rapist who has been recalled to prison has been arrested this morning (October 2), police have confirmed.
Lancashire Police had issued an appeal on Saturday (September 30) stating that they were searching for Stephen Pennington after he failed to comply with the conditions of his licence and he was therefore being recalled to prison.
Police said Pennington is a registered sex offender and was jailed again last year for breaches of a sexual harm prevention order and notification requirements.
