211 new homes to be built in Cottam development

211 new homes are set to be built in a Cottam development.


Calder Rise is due to have a mix of three and four bedroom homes with prices starting from £285,000.


There will be a range of detached and semi-detached homes as well as three-storey properties. 420 new jobs will be created from the development.
