Captain Hook and Peter Pan in a sword fight

Have you ever heard of Neverland? How about Peter Pan or the dreaded Captain Hook?

Visit The Met this weekend to join Wendy as she ventures away from the comfort of her bedroom, Nana the dog and the Darling family to go to Neverland with Peter Pan.

Children don’t grow up in Neverland, and it is filled with mystery and adventure – but watch out – because the dreaded Captain Hook and his pirates are on the look out for Peter Pan in the hope to be rid of him once and for all!

This swashbuckling play is brought to you by Initiate Theatre, filled with excitement, sword fights, fun and frolics!

The one-off show takes place at The MET at University Square on Sunday 10 September. Doors are at 1pm, and the performance runs from 1.30pm to 2.30pm.

Tickets cost just £1 per person and are available from Eventbrite.

After the show, from 2.30pm to 3.30pm, there’s the chance to create hats and crocodile clocks with Strive 2 Thrive Lancashire CIC.
