Pothole-ridden Fulwood crossroads set for repairs

One of the worst junctions in Preston for potholes is to see road closures for resurfacing work.

The junction of Watling Street Road, Garstang Road and Lytham Road has seen a rapidly deteriorating road surface in recent years.

Lancashire County Council is due to start roadworks at the crossroads for a week.

Work is due to begin on Tuesday (19 September) and run until Monday 25 September.

Disruption is expected at one of the key junctions between Fulwood and Preston city centre.
