Appeal to find brave members of public who helped girl at M6 bridge near Leyland

South Ribble Police want to thank two men for their brave actions today (Monday 25 September).

A spokesperson for the force said: “Earlier today two members of the public acted very bravely to help a teenage girl who was in distress on a bridge over the M6 at Leyland.

“The two men left the scene without giving their details and we are asking them to get in contact so they can be thanked for their actions.”
