Roper Hall in Friargate is set to reopen after its sudden closure earlier this year.

The venue will relaunch as a place to drink, eat, dance and play.

Activities available in the challenge zone will include axe throwing, augmented reality darts, pool, ping pong, shuffleboards and beer pong.

The popular student nightspot was put on the market in March by previous owners Stonegate Group, the largest pub company in the UK.
