A mission to Mars is being explained at the University of Central Lancashire during September.
Dr Kevin Bowman brings to life in 3D and with a giant two-storey screen how the most epic journey undertaken by humans took place.
There’s also the chance to control a replica rover like the one on Mars, take a virtual reality space experience and get up close and personal with giant globes of the planets. These events will take place from 5pm on the night.
