The first ever T-Level students have received their results at Preston College.
Equivalent to three A-levels the new qualification saw a 96 per cent pass rate across science, health and professional construction.
Assistant Head of School, Zac Wilkinson said: “This was our first group of learners studying the new T-Level in Professional Construction and we are thrilled with their achievements.
“One of our students, Lily achieved amazing results in her End Point Assessment and was awarded one of the highest marks in the country.
“Oliver, Adyan and Raphaela are all going to university to study architecture and Harry, Zach and Aasam are progressing to an apprenticeship. These are fantastic outcomes and we are so proud of our learners and their achievements.”

In A-levels the College saw a 100 per cent pass rate in a range of technical subjects across travel and tourism, dance, creative media and sport.
Principal and chief executive Simon Nixon said: “Preston College has had a fantastic year of results with our learners achieving 100% pass rates across a broad range of subjects.
“The College continues to work tirelessly in providing a curriculum which responds to the skills agenda, whilst supporting our learners to achieve and progress to their chosen destination.
“We are very proud of the achievements of our learners, and feel sure that they will thrive, whether that be in University study or employment.”
