Deepdale man wanted in connection with strangulation

Police are seeking a man in connection with a non-fatal strangulation.
A picture of Brett Albin has been released by Preston Police.
The 48-year-old is described as 5’9″, slim and with cropped hair.

His last known address was Shaw Street, Deepdale.
