Preston Western Distributor: Watch drive-through of new link road

How the new Preston Western Distributor looks on the tarmac has been released.
Lancashire County Council is due to open what’s to be known as Edith Rigby Way at 11am on Monday (3 July).
A drive-through video has been released showing the route from the M55’s new junction 2 down to the former Saddle Inn.
The new road connects the Docks at the A583 Blackpool Road up to the M55.
There’s two new link roads too, the East-West Preston Link road and the Cottam link road connecting the western side of the city to the new distributor road.
