Principal Andrew Galbraith who took on the role in June last year has been pointed to as introducing an excellent pastoral system and driving ‘positive change in the school’.
He said: “The ‘Good’ rating from Ofsted is a testament to the hard work and determination of our students, staff, and the wider school community.
“Together, we have strived to create an inclusive and respectful environment that fosters academic excellence and personal growth.”
The Ofsted report praised the school’s commitment to diversity and inclusion, as well as its support for pupils with SEN (special education needs).
