The Nightingales make long-awaited return to the Conti

Comedian Stewart Lee’s favourite group is coming to Preston.
The Nightingales are playing at The Continental on Friday 4 August.
The gig is the alternative rock legends’ only UK headline show this year.
Last year, Lee made a film about lead singer Robert Lloyd called King Rocker.
The post punk stalwarts went on to play two sold out headline tours across the UK.
They released a new album in October 2022, and supported The Damned on their UK tour in April.
