Cabinet member for health and wellbeing at Preston City Council, councillor Jennifer Mein, said: “Our aim is for men’s health week to help focus on developing ‘healthy habits’ – encouraging men to make small changes, which could have a long-lasting impact on their overall health and wellbeing.

“If we can empower men to prioritise their health, raise awareness about preventable health issues and provide resources to support general wellbeing, we can enable that change.”
